60-day money-back guarantee

If RinseFlow™ isn't for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price in euro. Opened boxes and used units are welcome — you can't judge it without using it. This sits on top of your statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal.

How to start a return

• Email support@bevunto.com with your order number and reason.
• We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval.

Shipping costs

Orders ship free anywhere in Ireland in 3–6 working days. Return postage may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable US federal or state consumer protection law. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will replace it or refund you in full.
