By using this website or purchasing RinseFlow™ products, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include Irish VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refund any order in the case of a clear mistake. Your order is confirmed once payment is captured and you receive a confirmation email.

Shipping

We ship to all Irish addresses from our European fulfilment hub, so there are no customs charges or import duties. Estimated delivery is 3–6 working days from dispatch (1–3 with Priority). Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

Product information & safe use

The RinseFlow™ Portable Bidet is a personal hygiene product. Any figures quoted on this site come from customer surveys and our own household testing; they are not medical claims, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Fill the tank with clean tap water only, never with cleaning products. Do not direct the spray internally or onto broken skin, and speak to your GP first if you are recovering from surgery or have an active infection. Keep the unit away from young children and do not submerge the motor housing.

Guarantee & liability

Our 60-day money-back guarantee applies as described in our refund policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RinseFlow™ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products. Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under Irish or EU consumer protection law, including your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

All content on this site — including product images, copy and the RinseFlow™ mark — is owned by us and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
